Setting up Microsoft Authenticator for 2-Factor Authentication (2FA)

For the protection of your account, Downstate requires the use of 2-factor authentication (2FA).

The Microsoft Authenticator mobile app makes 2FA authentication simple whilst maintaining a high level of security.

A QR code displayed on your computer allows you to set it up quickly with your Downstate account. Once configured, it offers multiple options for security. This can be very useful when you're overseas or unable to access cellular data!
