Student Loaner Laptop Program

IF YOUR LAPTOP IS DAMAGED, STUDENTS CAN OBTAIN A TEMPORARY LOANER LAPTOP.

Loan Time Limit

• These can be used for one month while your laptop is repaired or while a new one is being shipped to you.

• A loan can be renewed once for an additional month but the student must still present the laptop for a check at the end of the first month.

• To ensure that all students have access, you cannot request a loaner laptop for more than two months in an academic year.

How to Book a Loaner Laptop

• Step 2. Book an appointment to pick-up or drop-off >>

  • Appointments are during normal business hours and depend upon staff availability.

  • Book your pickup and return appointments at least one day in advance.

  • No drop-ins.

  • Students must come in person to campus to pickup / return laptops and must present a valid student ID.

Deadline for Return

• All laptops must be returned by the last day of classes so that staff may clean, repair and update before the next semester.

• Failure to do so will result in barring of future loans.
