Users can generating support tickets by sending emails to "IT Service Desk"<help@downstate.edu> like before. The new TeamDynamix system, however, uses a different email address, "IT Help Reply"<ITHelpReply@downstate.edu> for the subsequent email notification and communication.
The following screen shot is an example of an email reply from the new IT service management system. Please click on the image to view.
Replying to this email will update the ticket.
