Downstate uses TeamDynamix (TDX) to track help requests. You can get support in three easy ways, all of which will create a ticket and get your issue to the right team. Your ticket will remain active until the problem is resolved to your satisfaction.

  • Send an email describing the issue. Include as much detail as possible

  • Attach screenshots if you have them

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with a ticket number

  • Call and explain the problem to a staff member, who will create a ticket for you

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with a ticket number

 

Already have a ticket?

Please reply directly to the ticket confirmation email or add a comment in the Service Portal. Sending a new email to the Help Desk creates a new ticket and may delay your request.
