Adobe Acrobat Pro for Faculty

Adobe Acrobat Pro is available to all faculty members upon request. This license provides access to the full range of Adobe Acrobat Pro features, including creating, editing, and securely sharing PDF documents.

How to request and activate your license:

  1. Submit your request by emailing help@downstate.edu.
  2. Once your license has been provisioned, go to the Adobe Acrobat website (https://acrobat.adobe.com).
  3. When prompted to sign in:
    • Enter your Downstate email address.
    • Select Company or School Account if given a choice.
  4. After signing in, Adobe Acrobat Pro will activate automatically.
  5. Download Adobe Acrobat Pro from the Download Acrobat apps button in the menu bar of the site.
