Students: Using Respondus Lockdown Browser to Take Exams

Important:

  • Use a regular browser to access your exam from Brightspace — do NOT open the Respondus Lockdown Browser app. 

  • Respondus Lockdown Browser will launch automatically.

Step 2. Install Respondus Lockdown Browser

Step 3: Take the Practice Test

  • We strongly recommend taking this practice test before every major exam to avoid unexpected technical issues.

Go to the Practice Test  (Login with your Brightspace credentials; requires a webcam)
