Qualtrics is an enterprise-level survey, capture and analysis system that is available to all faculty, staff and students. Widely configurable, this alternative to free applications such as SurveyMonkey works across a variety of devices/OS. Faculty and staff can log in and create, manage and analyze surveys.

HIPAA Compliance
Qualtrics can be used for general surveys but is not HIPAA compliant and cannot be used for collecting clinical patient care/PHI. Use our RedCAP survey/data collection system instead.
