Fixing Lockdown Broswer Setting Errors in Imported Exams

If students get an error message “There is a problem with the settings for this exam”, it often can be traced to mismatches in old settings on imported tests from Bb Learn.

Go to the Respondus Lockdown Browser page and look for a Fixit button in the Lockdown Browser column for your exam. Clicking it will often fix the issue.
