The Actions button triggers pop-up menus with “shortcuts” to common tasks such as Preview and Grade. The options will change depending upon where you are. For example, you get many options when clicking Actions for a quiz in the Manage Quiz page.
But in the Quiz Editor page, clicking the Actions button gives a shorter menu (because either an option is now at hand or because some options, such as Delete, don’t make sense here).
