Set start, end date/time to allow additional 25% for late start.

Recommended Time Limit, check off Show Clock.

Click on Advanced. Skip this if you are using Respondus LockDown Browser.
Randomize questions
Properties
Check off Shuffle questions at the quiz level.
One-at-a-time
Enter 1 in Questions Per Page; select the Prevent moving backward through pages checkbox.
Automatic grading
Assessment
Check the checkbox for Automatically publish results. Other settings in Submission View will prevent students from seeing the items.
Send grades to Grade Center
Select an existing item in Grade Item list or click on New Item button.
Control what students can see after submission
Submission Views
Default only allows them to see their grade; click on Default to uncheck this option.
